History

2021: Placement on the Moscow Exchange of bonds worth 1.5 billion rubles

On June 10, 2021, the Moscow Exchange placed the issue of EnergoTech Service bonds of the 001R-04 series (ISIN RU000A103828) with a total nominal value of 1.5 billion rubles. The coupon is set at 9.9%.

• Nominal value of bonds - 1,000 rubles,
• The placement price is 100% of the face value.
• Issue circulation period is 4 years.
• Coupon period - 91 days.

The initial coupon rate on bonds was in the range of 9.9-10.1% per annum. According to the results of bookbuilding, the rate of 1-16 coupons is set at 9.9% per annum.

The issue meets the requirements for investing pension savings and insurance reserves.

The issue depository is NPO JSC NSD. The organizers of the bond issue were ITI Capital, Veles Capital, SKB Bank, Sovcombank. Placement agent - Sovcombank.

2019: Opening of a trade representative office in Kazakhstan

In 2019, the company created a sales representative office in, Kazakhstan through the establishment of a subsidiary of ETS LLP. Astana
