The Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank of Russia will organize a corporate portal

On July 21, 2014 the Softline company announced completion of works on creation of a corporate portal of the Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank of Russia.

Project Tasks

The uniform resource - the instrument of receiving corporate materials for any of 20 thousand employees of bank was required for the Volga-Vyatka bank. A new system should provide integration with 1C and provide access to the global reference book by employees.

The victory in a competition for the project was won by the Softline company which offered the best terms.

Project Progress

Specialists of department of solutions of Microsoft of Softline company terms developed individual design in the corporate style of Sberbank of Russia for the new version of the internal website of the Volga-Vyatka bank. A large number of sections of the portal is created. The most important:

• organizational structure,
• reference book by employees,
• portals of divisions of bank.

Now at each of more than 3 thousand divisions own page on the portal which is developed from in advance prepared templates, depending on a type of division is possible.

Yulia Nazarova, the project manager of department of solutions of Microsoft of Softline company, told: "During creation of the portal of the Volga-Vyatka bank we tried to consider all wishes of the customer. Therefore not only implemented the project in the shortest possible time, but also loyally approached review of initial functionality, quickly made necessary changes. It allowed to make our solution the most convenient for the customer. As a result the bank was satisfied with the end result: we managed to systematize huge amount of data and to offer users the simple and convenient tool for effective work integrated with 1C".

Andrey Potapov, the manager of management of development of the Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank of Russia, noted: "The developed portal is brought into operation, but the volume stage of filling by its content still is necessary. The presentation of the project of Softline to the management of bank took place successfully, its further development was approved. Work on formation of requirements to a new stage of works is already now conducted. In the long term based on the portal the project management system will be constructed, different service modules for planning of actions and resources are created".
