From the date of foundation of the company in 2011 the TOPCASE command implements a set of large-scale projects on improvement of the economic and social environment of the city of Moscow, its area and other regions of Russia. Also were implemented and the projects aimed at the development of IT infrastructure in the commercial organizations from various sectors of the economy are constantly kept.
As of July, 2014 the company located representation in Republic of Belarus.
In an asset of TOPCASE — more than 10 large projects on development and deployment of complex and large-scale ICs for the state organizations (one of them – EIIP) and also integration projects with large IT players.
