Godin Vladimir Viktorovich is the acting rector of the State university of management.

Biography

Vladimir was born on May 29, 1956 in the city Steppe Stavropol Krai.

In 1979 graduated from the Moscow institute of management of Sergo Ordzhonikidze (nowadays GUU) in "Economic cybernetics".

In 1983 defended the dissertation on a subject: "Improvement of process of acceptance of management decisions in the industry using simulation modeling" for a degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 2005 Vladimir defended the dissertation on a subject: "Management of the innovation processes in information systems of the organizations" for a degree of the Doctor of Economics.

In 1995 received a position of the director of Institute of information management systems of GUU (earlier - the State academy of management). Worked for 2006.

In 2001 began to work as the head of the department of information systems GUU, worked for 2013.

Since 2005 Godin acts as the chairman of the board and the senior vice president of the Russian Association of Business Education (RABE).

From 2006 to 2011 worked as the vice rector for business education and information technologies of GUU.

In 2008 and for 2013 worked as the dean (director) of the Higher school of business of GUU.

From 2011 to 2013 worked as the vice rector for additional professional education and the innovative GUU educational technologies. Chairman of doctor's dissertation council. Head of section of scientific and methodical council of GUU.

For July 28, 2014 Vladimir Viktorovich Godin works as the acting as the rector of the State university of management.
