GGU CX and a gosvettekhnadzor of the Pskov region create the database of accounting of pets

On July 29, 2014 it became known of software BARS implementation project . Agriculture is Veterinary science on 26 regional control stations of veterinary science of GGU of agriculture, veterinary science and technical supervision of the Pskov region.

Project Tasks

The campaign of the personified accounting is waged for prevention of rage and reduction of quantity of neglected animals. Started chipping of dogs performing the law of the Pskov region of December 17, 2009 No. 926-OZ "About maintenance and protection of pets".

As a part of project procedures:

• chipping of pets
• introduction of information about the owner (full name, the address, phone) and an animal (breed, age, the vaccination facts) in the uniform regional database.

Batch of RFID tags and readers, for automation of veterinary control, the ISBC Group company, formation of the uniform information database on the basis of the solution " delivered to the region BARS. The rural economy Veterinary science" was provided by BARS GROUP.

Project Progress

Residents Pskov, the Pskov and Nevelsky districts of area have an opportunity to chipirovat the pets free of charge. The project partially covers also homeless animals – with it veterinarians are helped by Zoozashchita charitable foundation.

For July 29, 2014 from 5 thousand chips that was bought by the region, the most part (about 4 thousand) is used.
