Information and analytical system of BARS. Rural Economy Veterinary science it is intended for automation of veterinary accounting, online control and information analysis about a veterinary and sanitary status of livestock production in the region.

Centralized accounting for the first time

"BARS. Rural Economy Veterinary science" – the Russia's first solution in which the veterinary accounting is carried out on a centralized basis. This approach has a set of advantages, as before maintaining paper magazines, books of veterinary accounting, and before use of separate electronic databases.

At centralization information provided by the accountable organizations to head departments of veterinary science in regions becomes a basis for carrying out veterinary policy at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation. Easy access of managers to necessary information is provided.

Objectivity of data

"BARS. The rural Economy Veterinary science" as a recording system of the persons owning animals and premises for their content, the facts of incidence and death rate of animals of results of activity of veterinary service is a basis for objective assessment of timeliness and quality of veterinary actions.

2013. Module "Accompanying documentation"

"BARS. The rural Economy Veterinary science" is complemented with the new functional module "Accompanying documentation", the press service of developer company reported on July 5, 2013. Operation of this module will provide operational issue of the accompanying documentation, accounting of veterinary certificates of form No. 1, 2 and 3 and also accounting of products of animal origin and forages.

The module is intended for collecting and the analysis of primary information on issue of the accompanying documentation by specialists of veterinary associations.
