Career

Sergey Mitrofanov is the international expert in the area a brand strategy, development of the organizations and relationship marketing. More than 20 years' experience of business development in quality has both the hired manager and the consultant, and the owner of business. Worked with such companies as Velle, Bystrov, GameLand, Alpin Pablisher, Rostelecom, Inmarko (Unilever Ice Cream), URSA Bank, MDM Bank, White Wind, Ulmart. Actively advised Ural Federal University and the governments of the cities of Tbilisi, Batumi, Velikiy Ustyug and others.

From 2004 to 2011 headed office of consulting company Brandflight in Russia and the CIS countries (www.brandflight.com). Board member of Medinge Group (www.medinge.org). Adviser for the strategy of SOCIALIST Company (www.facebook.com/SOCIALISTcompany). At the beginning of 2013 founded Mitrofanov & Partners home company.

Works with startups and venture projects as the mentor and the consultant. Participated in development of portfolio companies and venture projects of Rusnano, Skolkovo Startup Academy, Investment venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Education

Has two higher educations — engineering (VVMIU of F.E. Dzerzhinsky) and economic (SPbSU). In 2003 gained the diploma of Executive MBA in Stockholm School of Economics. Since 2002 develops and "Business management in the field of services", "Brand strategy", "Brands on social networks" for training of Top managers in MBSh SKOLKOVO, Stockholm School of Economics, CELSA Sorbonne, ESADE, SPbSU, URFA, SUSU, MIPT teaches training courses.


Knows English, Swedish, Portuguese and French languages. Is fond of the photo, travel and new technologies of communications.
