The center of standardization, metrology and tests of the city of Togliatti implements EDMS

On August 4, 2014 the IT-Consult Group announced the implementation project of electronic document management which is carried out together with Programos company in the Center of standardization and metrology (Togliatti).

Project Tasks

The PROGRAMOS company conducted examination of the enterprise and proposed the project solution. On its basis specialists IT-Consult customized a system, provided training of employees, system implementation DIRECTUM also brought it to an operation stage within classical office-work.

Project Results

With implementation of classical office-work on a basis EDMS DIRECTUM the full stroke of work with internal documentation is provided: from creation and approval before control of execution according to all organizational and distribution documents of the organization. For August 4, 2014 work of office is completely transferred to an electronic form that helped to minimize an output of documents to printing, excluded dead time on approval of documents, provided absolutely transparent mechanisms of control of execution of any instructions of the management.
