"The Bushevetsky machine-building plant" connected service 8-800

On August 8, 2014 the TransTeleCom company announced providing service "A non-charge call 8-800" to Bushevetsky machine-building plant.

Project Results

Within the contract the Northwest branch TransTeleCom provided to the plant the uniform phone number in format 8-800-775-XX-XX. Number is not tied to a certain address and does not require installation of the additional hardware.

"The northwest branch TransTeleCom provides service "A non-charge call 8-800" since 2011. During this time the uniform phone number from a TTK was connected by more than 150 organizations in six regions of the Northwest and also in St. Petersburg", – Kirill Markov, the associate director of Northwest branch TransTeleCom noted.

"The uniform phone number will allow us to process quickly all incoming calls and to provide necessary information to clients. Important and the fact that for our clients this service is absolutely free", – Nikolay Kalinin, the director of the Bushevetsky plant emphasized.
