Superjob provided employees with the VKS system

On August 14, 2014 the Mirapolis company announced system implementation of holding webinars of Virtual Room for the Superjob portal.

The high-quality service for holding webinars which is not glitching and supporting use of media materials, the presentations, a chat and other functionality without which it is difficult to do at online training is necessary for specialists of Superjob.

Earlier the company held webinars on different platforms, facing a number of problems:

• interruption of a sound,
• echo,
• the "freezing" picture.

Function of demonstration of a desktop, important for Superjob, without which the webinar threatened with failure ceased to work. All listed difficulties negatively configured listeners of webinars which part simply left an action, without having waited for elimination of technical failures.

To solve quality problems, specialists of Superjob decided to try Mirapolis Virtual Room. Factor, important for the customer, - consultants of Mirapolis provided high-quality technical support: at many actions there was a technical specialist of Mirapolis who helped users with settings.

Project Results

In a project deliverable specialists of Superjob company had an opportunity without problems to hold webinars numbering up to 300 participants. Each of them, in addition to watching the video tutorial and speeches of speakers in real time, can ask a question and receive on it the answer.
