The 1C-Rarus company (file) developed an automated system of operational accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for Skaniya-Russia company.
The Scania concern is engaged in production of heavy trucks and buses and conducts the activity more than in 100 countries of the world. Skaniya-Russia not only supplies the equipment of Scania to the Russian market, but also offers a range of services from financing of purchase of the equipment, its service, to the subsequent redemption of cars of the client on account of purchase of the new equipment.
Permanent development of dealer network generated need of improvement of a system of operational and management accounting. Since 2001 the company uses a system on the 1C: Enterprise platform. Due to business growth, in May, 2006 development of a new original configuration began, and since January, 2007 a system was brought into operation.
The created solution allows to manage quickly orders, deliveries and sales of spare parts, to keep account of cars, to manage warehouse stocks, to calculate cost value of spare parts and cars, to carry out the accounting of warranty obligations.
In a common information space transactions more than 20 employees of the company, including experts in spare parts, supply managers, the warehouse supervisor, storekeepers, inventory accountants (spare parts and cars) and in warranty obligations, the Head of Department of department of spare parts are joint.
According to the customer, high extent of process automation, the spare parts connected with order processing, allowed to increase significantly turnover of a warehouse and to increase the level of service maintenance of dealers due to more complete informing them about a status of their orders.
