2022: The Econika shoe chain has acquired a stake in the clothing retailer 2Mood

On September 19, 2022, it became known that the Econika shoe chain was entering the clothing market. The company bought 5% of clothing retailer 2Mood. The value of the deal has not been reported. Read more here.

2021: Delays in deliveries from China due to the queue of trucks at the border

Russian clothing and footwear companies faced delays in September 2021 in the supply of their products from China. This was told in Melon Fashion Group (brands Zarina, befree, Love Republic and Sela), networks "Econica" and Akhmadullina Dreams. On the Sino-Russian border, a queue of more than 1,000 trucks has formed, and for a month trucks have not been able to pass border control.

2014: More than 160 salons across Russia and Kazakhstan

As of August 2014, the Women's Shoe Chain "ECONIKA" numbered more than 160 salons throughout Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as an online store. Each season "ECONOMICA" presents a new collection consisting of more than 500 models of shoes and accessories under their own trademarks: "Alla Pugachova" and "RiaRosa." Each collection is developed by ECONOMIKI designers together with Italian and French partners based on an analysis of the preferences of Russian customers. Each collection has both spectacular trend solutions and universal classic models. "ECONOMICA" shoes and accessories combine aesthetic perfection with consistently high quality and workmanship, are produced exclusively abroad and only from high-quality natural materials.

1992: Establishing a chain of shoe stores

Since 1992, Andrei Iliopulo and Sergey Sarkisov with partners have developed a network of shoe stores "Econika," which has become one of the largest in Russia.
