Administration of the City of Armavir municipal entity

Project Objective:

creation of a geographic information system of the monitoring center for needs of administration of the City of Armavir municipal entity within the departmental target program "Creation of a System of Complex Security of Life Activity of Krasnodar Krai for 2011-2013.

THE PERFORMED WORKS:

• The geographic information system (GIS) of the monitoring center is developed and implemented.
• Integration with real-time systems is made: video surveillance systems, deliveries of disturbing messages and so forth.
• Services of rapid response are developed for a possibility of acceptance of management decisions in case of an emergency situation.

Results

The created GIS allows to perform slaboformalizovanny search in an address database, to browse the image from the cameras of outside video surveillance mounted on city streets and to manage this image and also to obtain information:

• about the dilapidated and hazardous housing;
• about location of public transport in real time;
• about arrangement on the map of the city of stops of public transport;
• about all incidents in the city and citizens' appeals in the monitoring center;
• from the complexes of monitoring of the environment set in different parts of the city;
• about socially important city facilities (schools, hospitals, etc.) with an opportunity virtual 3D - a tour on an object and databases of housing and public utilities;
• about city communications (transmission lines, gas pipelines, a water supply system, heating systems, the sewerage, etc.);
• about borders of polling precincts, their location and the number of the voting population;
• about arrangement of hardware-software complexes of an emergency call of SOS to receive the video image from them;
• about terminals of delivery of the disturbing messages set on socially important objects.
