2016

In 2016 revenue of SOVZOND company made 886 million rubles that is 6.6% higher than a similar indicator in 2015. In a ranking "TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia" at the end of 2016 the SOVZOND company took the 71st place.

History

2017

• In 2017 the geoinformation Geoanalitika platform and geoinformation web service are included by the " geoanalytics.Agro " order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of 4/28/2017 No. 212 the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.
• The big pilot work directed to studying of properties of products based on Russian KA of "Resource-P" from positions of their applicability for the solution of different applied industry tasks is carried out. The software is developed for the automated formation of derivative products based on space pictures of "Resource-P"
• Start of intellectual service of the order of aerial photograph is Flyber. Service integrates suppliers and customers of aerial photograph, significantly simplifies process of the order of services, saves time for selection of contractors.
• Development of the automated pilotless complex for continuous monitoring is SkyWatch. The complex is intended for observation on protection of objects and territories up to 100 sq.km. It allows to service devices of helicopter type.

2016

• Distribution agreements with JSC Rossiyskiye kosmicheskiye sistemy on delivery of data from the Resource-P and Kanopus-V satellites
• The release of a new product — World Evolution based on comparison of the space pictures of all Earth's surface which are saved up from 1980th till present began.
• Start of the GRADIS new service — the complex information and analytical system allowing to consolidate regional and municipal data on objects of town-planning, investment activities, real estate.
• In 2016 distribution agreements are signed with JSC Rossiyskiye kosmicheskiye sistemy on delivery of data from the Resource-P and Kanopus-V satellites and with companies 21AT (China) and Planet (USA) on delivery of satellite data.

• In 2015 distribution agreements are signed with Aquila Space and Kazakhstan companies Garysh Sapary on delivery of satellite data

• In 2015 it is announced start of new activity of Sovzond company — delivery of the hyper spectral film-making systems; the agreement with Cubert and RESONON companies on delivery of the hyper spectral systems is signed distributor.
• In 2015 several analytical agencies summed up the results of activity of the leading IT companies in 2014. Results of Sovzond company:

• In October, 2015 the agreement the distribution agreement about delivery of space pictures from grouping of the Landmapper satellites is signed. with the resident of Silicon Valley Aquila Space.
• In October, 2015 the project on space monitoring of anthropogenic impact on a status of ecosystems of neighborhoods of the city of Mirnogo for Mirninsky GOK JSC ALROSA is implemented.
• In October, 2015 it is announced start of new activity of Sovzond company – delivery of the hyper spectral film-making systems.

2012

In 2012 distribution agreements with DMCii company on delivery of data from the UK-DMC-2 satellite in Russia and neighboring countries and with Astrium Services — GEO-Information company (nowadays Airbus Defence and Space) on delivery of data from the Pleiades satellites are signed.

2011

• Since 2011 branches in Tyumen and Yekaterinburg function, in 2015 branches are closed.
• In 2011 the Sovzond company opened new activities — shooting from unmanned aerial vehicles, creation municipal GIS.

2010

• New activity — creation and updating of digital topographic maps
• For 2010 the Sovzond company acts as the official distributor of the leading operating companies of satellites of remote sensing of Earth — NTs OMZ, State Research and Production Space Center of M.V. Khrunichev, companies DigitalGlobe, GeoEye, SpotImage, MDA, RESTEC, Infoterra, offering the Russian customers the digital data of remote sensing obtained from the satellites WorldView-2, WorldView-1, GeoEye-1, QuickBird, Ikonos, the Resource-DK1, RapidEye, Alos, Spot, TerraSAR-X, by Radarsat, etc.
• The Sovzond company is a sole distributor of ITT VIS corporation in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries on distribution of the software package ENVI, the IDL programming language, the module for creation of TsMR using stereoimages of DEM, the module of atmospheric correction FLAASH and also add-on modules for processing of materials of the radar shootings executed by radars with the synthesized aperture (SAR) of SARscape Basic and SARscape Interferometry.
• Since 2010 the Sovzond company is a distributor of Esri CIS company on ArcGIS software distribution in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries.
• Among activities of the company in recent years more and more relevant is a development and implementation of the complete technological solutions focused on needs of the different industries of the national economy and representing the end-to-end territorially adapted technology chains from selection, receiving and preprocessing of pictures to the deep automated thematic analysis.
• Photogrammetric data processing of DZZ is executed using the new equipment and the most perfect technology using specialized software packages.

2009

• Since March, 2009 the Sovzond company became the official and only distributor of the German firm RapidEye AG (in 2017 as a part of company Planet, USA) with the rights to order placement to new shooting and delivery of contemporary records of DZZ from five multispectral RapidEye satellites in Russia and the CIS countries.
• On sales volume the company is one of leaders in this sector of the market not only in Russia, but also in the world. According to GIS Association of Sovzond company 29% of the market of DZZ and 75% of percent of the market of data of ultrahigh permission in Russia belong.
• In July, 2009 the Sozond company signed the distribution agreement with the Canadian company Schlumberger Water Services (Waterloo Hydrogeologic Division) (in 2017 Waterloo Hydrogeologic). According to the agreement the Sovzond company acquired the right to distribution of the Schlumberger Water Services software products in the territory of Russia.
• The distribution agreement with e-GEOS company on delivery of radar data from the COSMO-SkyMed satellites in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries.

2008

• In 2008 the Sovzond company signed the official partnership agreement with INPHO GmbH company (in 2017 as a part of Trimble) on delivery to the Russian users of the full-function photogrammetric INPHO system.
• From September, 2008 to 2012 Sovzond company - the authorized partner of Oracle.
• Nachaloizdaniya of the Geomatika magazine — the specialized periodical about geoinformatics and DZZ.

2007

• At the end of 2007 the status of the platinum distributor of DigitalGlobe company is received.
• The Sovzond company held the I International conference "Space Shooting ― at the Peak of High Technologies". The conference began to be held annually.

2006

• For the 2000th years one of the main activities of the company is rendering services in the field of information support by data of remote sensing of Earth practically from all operating commercial satellites.
• At the beginning of 2006 there began work the consulting Center of Sovzond company. Training is provided by leading specialists of Sovzond company in the field of processing of space pictures, cartography and also geographic information systems specialists.
• At the end of 2006 the status of the best foreign reseller of ITT company is received (in 2017 Harris Corp.) on deliveries of a software package for data processing of DZZ ENVI.
