"The Baikal mining company" implements the system of a video conferencing

On August 19, 2014 the TEGRUS company announced project completion of system implementation of a video conferencing in the Baikal mining company.

Project Tasks

Optimizing a number of budget expenditures and increase in efficiency of key business processes, the management of BGK made the decision on video conferencing system implementation for efficiency of production meetings and negotiations with clients.

As the contractor in the project the TEGRUS company acted.

Project Progress

As a basis of the solution the system of Polycom of HDX 7000 - the instrument of joint work over projects, distance learning, remote consultations, etc. is selected.

Along with video conferencing system implementation, the customer required to provide integration of a system into Skype application installed at workstations of staff of the organization. This task not it is typical for such projects and at the time of solution development for BGK, sufficient competences for its implementation the few integrators had. Specialists of TEGRUS successfully achieved an effective objective thanks to what BGK received the modern solution allowing all employees to participate in teleconferences without leaving the jobs.

Project Results

"The system of a video conferencing constructed in the Baikal mining company provides the high definition of a video series and automatically adapts to quality of IP networks.
