On August 20, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation in Model Case company of the CRM system of "1C:CRM CORP".
Project Tasks
The Model Case company positions itself as the company of new type therefore the management made the decision on implementation of "1C:CRM CORP". The partner in the project - the Kazan branch of 1C-Rarus company.
Project Results
Implementation of "1C:CRM CORP" the company had an opportunity:
- control work of all managers, calls, meetings.
- reveal the volume of work of each manager.
- define - 70% of all work are performed by 2-3 managers.
- prepare to everyone the work plan for uniform distribution of loading
- control accomplishment of tasks of everyone.
- Using function of "the virtual daily log" to create tasks, to plan the working day or week, to put reminding. Create reports according to which it is possible to trace all defects in time-management.
- Improve information exchange on flows "the employee – the head", "the employee – the employee", "the employee – the client". Reduce time for "circulation" of information. The risk of loss of information was minimized: it arrives in time, saving the relevance.
- Store all data in uniform information base. Not have to open a set of documents to find information on the client or the employee. It helps to improve sales, to be focused on requests of clients.
- By own forces (using the regular programmer) to improve program opportunities and to configure CRM functionality under individual requirements of the organization. The universality of a system helped with mastering a product all departments of the company.
