Neftegazkomplektmontazh automates document flow

On August 21, 2014 specialists of the First BIT announced project completion of creation of the workflow system in construction and repair company "Neftegazkomplektmontazh".

Project Tasks

Prior to the beginning of the project in Neftegazkomplektmontazh there was no electronic workflow system, all documents of the organization addressed in a paper form. Paper document flow took away a lot of working time from the staff of the company, delaying, besides, external interactions of the enterprise.

For creation of an electronic document management system the company management announced competition which The First BIT company won.

Set the task for specialists of the contractor: create such system where processes will be automated:

• accounting,
• effective control,
• standardization and unification of management of documents,
• the general storage for the entering and outgoing documentation.

Project Progress

In a work progress representatives of the First BIT set and configured, revised the 1C: Document Flow 8 program in 140 workplaces.

Project Results

Putting down of a registration stamp in the PDF documents is implemented. Specialists of the contractor provided training of heads and staff of Neftegazkomplektmontazh in work in a system, prepared the corresponding instructions.
