Choosing a Solution

Historically automation of the enterprise was carried out on separate businesses owing to what there was no transparent unified reporting. Without single end-to-end system of management it was impossible to obtain quickly the data necessary for control of businesses and decision making.

Project Progress

Dynamic development of group demanded creation of more effective management system for businesses using modern IT technologies. Bavaria Group addressed experts 1C-Rarus for carrying out preproject works during which recommendations about architecture of future system, the choice of software were made, the plan of creation of works on the complex project is created. At joint cooperation Bavaria Group and 1C-Rarus optimal vision of a corporate information system which is going to be constructed using a number of industry programs of 1C is developed.

The complex project of automation of Bavaria Group included a consulting component which allowed to work processes of budgeting and obtaining the management reporting, and directly works on implementation of the selected products: "1C: Beer and soft drinks plant" (based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management"), "1C: Accounting of the agricultural enterprise", "1C: Motor Vehicle Management Prof". A system using which the network of Bavaria restaurants works is integrated with again implemented programs. It is going to create over 50 automated jobs.

Development Plans

The complex project of automation of Bavaria Group will allow the enterprise to pass to use of the uniform corporate IC, to unify standards of preparation of operational and regulated accounting, to receive the consolidated statements on all group, thereby having improved management of businesses. It is expected that using a new system high-quality planning of loading of resources and the equipment in Veils Agricultural firm will be reached, the costs connected with production of finished goods will decrease the efficiency and quality of the obtained information from all sections of work of the multi-profile enterprise will increase.
