Content

Project Goals and Objectives

Deep integration with external resources, interactivity and communicative orientation should become key advantages of a new management system. Use of a new product will allow participants of franchasing network to wage full-scale advertizing campaigns of a real estate, to control the course of their implementation, to make operational changes and to receive the regular reporting on their efficiency. A system assumes integration with a Federal information address system and with Yandex Maps service. Brokers and agents will have an opportunity online of the appeal to head office of the company behind consultations and franchayz-service in the field of recruiting, advertizing and marketing activities, training, etc. Besides much attention in a new CRM system is paid to opportunities of communications between all participants of network: correspondence by e-mail, exchange of instant messages, creation of public base of the best business cases successful the practician and effective instruments of work.

The project is intended for automation and optimization of the majority of business processes in which are involved both brokers and realtors of the separate agencies, and the staff of the central office of franchasing network. The official release and test start of the CRM system are planned for the end of the I quarter 2015, however already now it is known that the product will be constantly updated and be complemented with functionality.

Result

With the advent of this product at the agencies need for independent acquisition of own CRM systems as they will be able always to use the unique solution of the central office CENTURY 21 Russia developed in cooperation with Terrasoft will disappear. Development Plans

Creators of a system promise that already at the initial stage of operation of the project all users will get a number of advantages. First, new IT solution is designed to simplify considerably all process of interaction both in the separate agency, and between all participants of network. The most part of working functions of the realtor can be performed in the system, and brokers will be able to perform work planning and to control the course of implementation of separate tasks. Secondly, a system should make daily customer interaction by the most comfortable: hands-off processing of the entering addresses and calls, fast selection of objects, MLS, electronic document management and many other things. Thirdly, all franchisees will receive the effective business tool which is capable to reduce their costs for business management, for business process management and efficiency evaluation of work of employees.

The implemented project should become the unique solution and on the functional characteristics, and on opportunities of continuous improvement and modifying taking into account requirements and convenience of users.
