"East Equipment" will continue development of the Microsoft Dynamics AX system with IT-Box

The East Equipment company prolonged in September, 2014 the service agreement of maintenance and development of the Microsoft Dynamics AX system with the center of support of business applications of consulting company IT-Box.

Within support development of a system of our company is executed. So, for example, using a command of IT-Box the new branch of the company in Novokuznetsk was started and the branch in Magadan is transferred to the new scheme of work", - Roman Davydov the manager of IT projects of East Equipment company said.

Cooperation of East Equipment company with the center of support of business applications IT-Box began in 2012. For last period specialists of IT-Box helped East Equipment to carry out different tasks, including the project on accounting of MBP (the invaluable and fast-wearing-out objects) was implemented.

"The organization of accounting of complete lifecycle of MBP - from its purchase before write-off was a main objective of the project. The assigned task was solved thanks to completion of standard functionality of the module "Fixed assets" in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009", - Sergey Fentsel, the head of the center of examination Logistics of IT-Box company commented.

Implementation of this project allowed:

• Reflect a complete chain of the movement MBP in a system: purchase, storage, calibration, issue to advance holders and the movement MBP between them, write-off, depreciation.
• See location of any MBP of the company in real time.
• See the history of the movement of the historical (already written off) MBP taking into account calibration.
• Have the scheme of the movement completely corresponding to both RAS, and IFRS.

On fall of 2014 to the companies there are two projects on implementation of new functionality based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. A main objective of implementation of one of the current projects is implementation of sales process in the standard module CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. A main objective of the second project – integration with the external WMS system used in Barloworld parent company.
