Choosing a Solution

For maintenance of high rates of production of quality products the enterprise underwent global upgrade, updated an obsolete equipment. It demanded updating of technologies of management with which implementation a system "1C:Enterprise 8 helped. Milk plant".

Result

A new system was implemented by specialists of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus company. In a system 30 jobs for the management of the enterprise and the staff of department of acceptance, laboratory, production, dispatching office, a warehouse and accounting are organized. On acceptance the scales with open cradles requiring manual weighing of milk were replaced with the new automated equipment. Now milk from milk tankers is pumped over in tanks storages using hermetic pumps. The exact volume of the arrived raw materials is determined by indications of devices. The acceptor manages process from the automated workplace. It quickly fixes in a system: when and how many raw materials arrived, from what supplier.

Before acceptance specialists of laboratory analyze figures of merit of the arriving milk therefore the decision is made, to take milk from the supplier or not. This or that sort is appropriated to raw materials. All this information is also fixed in 1C. Determination of a sort of milk - an important part of production process which not only allows to calculate the price of the arrived raw materials: than the sort - that high price is higher. The data entered in a system in laboratory are seen in real time by the staff of production workshops which directly are engaged in production.

As production work changed, Lyubov Vladimirovna Domozhirova, the production director tells:

• We create all vital reports very quickly. If on drawing up before the production report in 2 weeks 2 working days left, then now I do this report within one and a half hours. I do the official report in a day within 10 minutes. System "1C: Predpryatiye 8. The milk plant" gives the chance to be guided quickly in a situation on production. Every day I see where we lost where we won what it is worth paying attention to - and so on all range. I understand how many it is developed products how many for it it is really spent raw materials and how many had to leave on the same volume on regulations. I see an overexpenditure or economy and it helps me to plan production more accurately further.
