Choosing a Solution

Stanelektro is engaged in wholesale and small wholesale trade in electroinstallation products and consumer goods. The company is an official dealer of many Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian producer companies. The large volume of trade operations is followed by a continuous flow of documentation which needs to be consolidated in uniform base for receiving an overall picture about a company performance. It set the management thinking on creation of an effective system for accounting and management. Support of relevant tasks of business was entrusted the 1C: Trade Management program. Automation specialists performed 1C-Rarus.

"1C: Trade Management" allows to select optimal conditions of deliveries. The base stores the history of price proposals of suppliers, Price analysis allows to carry out comparison with the help of the report. In the program the course of settlement and accomplishment of contractual commitments is controlled. The possibility of formation of the order using terminology of the supplier simplifies joint work.

Result

The created system helped to increase controllability the company. "The official report to the head", created automatically on the set order, provided acceptance of timely and reasoned decisions. All information on the current activity of Stanelektro, including the analysis of results of work of managers, is available to the management in every spot on the globe in the presence of Internet connection.
