The project was begun in January, 2014. In May, 2014 the productive start which included automation of the main business processes of the company in the field of logistics, finance and customer relationship management took place.
Within the project the following solutions were implemented: SAP ERP Retail — for management of trade operations and settlement with partners; SAP CRM — for data management of clients, automation of work of contact center; SAP BW — for a business intelligence; and SAP PI — as a uniform integration bus. Integration with external information systems was in addition implemented: Magento (e-commerce), a-SIS Savoye LMxt WMS (management of warehouse transactions), "1C: Accounting" (accounting and tax accounting) and Avaya Interaction Center (telephony).

SAP implementation of Retail began in December, 2013, a system was put into operation in May, 2014.
