The RTS tender and OTC.RU since summer of 2012 became available to more than 320,000 users of electronic platforms service of a video conferencing to negotiation. Such service in the history of the Russian public and commercial procurements is used for the first time. The Mind company, the developer and the supplier of a broad spectrum of smart solutions for video of communications became the partner of platforms.
The main objective of an innovation – to increase efficiency of negotiations between suppliers and customers, as in terms of economy of means, and increase in accuracy of assessment of offers on platforms.

On the platforms RTS tender and OTC.RU about 5,000 contracts a month are signed with suppliers from the regions, neighboring or remote from the customer. Discussion of conditions of such contracts requires carrying out long-distance telephone negotiations and departures in business trips that involves essential overheads: on average clients of platforms spend for it about 150 million rubles a month or 1.8 billion rubles a year. By calculations of specialists, implementation of a video conferencing of Mind on the platforms RTS tender and OTC.RU will allow to reduce these costs more than by 1 billion rubles a year.
Dmitry Pangin, the CEO of Group of OTC.RU electronic platforms told about advantages of this service: "The main objective of the platforms OTC.RU and the RTS tender – to allow clients to conclude the profitable transactions. On the platforms RTS tender and OTC.RU there pass many tenders from the Siberian and Far East regions in which customers involve experts to assessment of proposals of suppliers, and, considering the extent of these territories, to bring together full-fledged procurement commission is a difficult task. Through new service it can be made directly through the platform, having just pressed the corresponding button".
All process of communication of clients on the platform will register that considerably will simplify settlement of transactions in case of ambiguous situations.

The first two months all bidders will be able to use a video conferencing free of charge, upon termination of the test period the payment system according to rates of the company will be introduced. For all state and municipal customers of service of a video conferencing will remain free.
At the average level of economy on purchases using the platform RTS tender in 7%, clients of the platform in 2012 saved more than 70 billion rubles. According to forecasts of analysts of platforms, in 2013 this digit will grow to 10%, including, at the expense of a video conferencing. At the same time the service will be demanded at least by every third client.
