Markin Evgeny Leonidovich

Markin Evgeny Leonidovich (sort. 1/20/1975, Moscow) — the advisor to director general of STROYGAZMONTAZH LLC for interaction with the countries of the Pacific Rim (since July, 2013). Is fluent Chinese and English in languages. Extensive work experience with China, extensive communications with the Chinese businessmen and politicians, participation in investment projects.

Education

From 1992 to 1997 studied in the Far East state academy of economy and management in Vladivostok. Qualification: the economist in an economy and management at the enterprise

From 2007 to 2010 — in Diplomatic Academy MFA of Russia at faculty of the International relations.

In 2011, to Markin, the cool rank of the public civil service of Primorsky Krai – "the valid state councilor of Primorsky Krai 3 classes" was appropriated.

Experience in the field of tourist activity

1995 – 1998 — experience in the field of tourist activity. The manager in the direction of outbound tourism to the countries of Southeast Asia in the leading travel agencies of Primorsky Krai (Bureau of the international youth travel Sputnik, tourist Business club "Olga").

1998 – 2001 — the manager in travel agency "Westminster" (Hong Kong) on acceptance of the Russian tourists.

Experience in the field of business

2001 – 2006 — the company executive of "Bysiness Symbol". The company rendered consulting services in the field of Government Relations in the countries of Southeast Asia for the Russian entrepreneurs.

Administration of Primorsky Krai of the Russian Federation

2006 – 2012 — administration of Primorsky Krai of the Russian Federation. Work in different positions:

• the deputy manager of representative office of Administration of Primorsky Krai at the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow);
• deputy manager of department of the international cooperation and tourism of Administration of Primorsky Krai;
• director of the department of the international cooperation and tourism of Primorsky Krai;
• the assistant to the Governor on international issues;
• supervised the sphere of foreign policy of Primorsky Krai;
• organized the international actions in the territory of Primorsky Krai and also provided representation of Primorsky Krai on foreign actions;
• since 2006 participated in work of the APEC summits, including participated in preparation and holding the APEC summit in Vladivostok in 2012.
