For creation of optimal conditions of work of HR department the management made the decision on carrying out automation. Behind consultation the company addressed to 1C-Rarus. The "1C: Payroll and HR Management" program was as a result selected. Product introduction of "TSENTR-DORMOST" was charged to specialists by 1C-Rarus.

Result

Automation of personnel office-work helped to organize effective processing system of a large number of data. The error probability, connected with "a human factor", was reduced to zero that provided accuracy of the information. The program lowered time expenditure on conducting personnel records and released working time of specialists for the solution of other tasks. Among systems capabilities – the analysis of personnel structure. With its help it is possible to learn about the average number of employees, a staff turnover ratio, statistics of the personnel.
