The administration of the Volgograd region optimizes exchange of documents

On September 16, 2014 the BFT company announced project implementation on creation of an automated system of accounting and processing of citizens' appeals in the Volgograd region.

Project Tasks

The project means creation of a single system of document flow which in addition to the Volgograd region will provide also interaction with the federal, regional ministries, departments. Project implementation automates and considerably will accelerate processing of citizens' appeals of area.

EDMS "DoXLogic" in administration of the Volgograd region is applied since 2011. At the same time automation of processing of citizens' appeals was only local until recently: electronic processing happened in department of work with appeals of administration of the Volgograd region, and document management between divisions was performed on paper carriers. Due to the high rates of informatization of authorities by administration of the Volgograd region the decision on upgrade of the electronic workflow system regarding citizens' appeals is made:

• possibility of accounting in electronic form of consideration of citizens' appeals by executive authorities of the Volgograd region in the order set by the legislation;
• interaction possibility EDMS «DoXLogic» with secure system of interdepartmental electronic document management (MEDO), organized Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.

Project Progress

Within the first stage the Company BFT conducts detailed examination of processing of citizens' appeals and adaptation EDMS «DoXLogic» under requirements administrations of the Volgograd region and local regulatory legal acts.

The second stage of works is directed to the organization of electronic document management of administration of the region with federal and regional executive authorities. For this purpose it is necessary to configure interaction of the used EDMS with the MEDO system by means of the special gateway allowing to receive documents from the federal authorities and other subjects of the Russian Federation connected to MEDO, in electronic form, and to the staff of administration it is not necessary to enter them into the system manually. Upon completion of all stages of the project specialists of the contractor will provide complex training of the employees of the customer responsible for work with citizens' appeals, work with a system.

In plans of the parties to automate about 100 jobs of the employees responsible for processing of citizens' appeals, to integrate EDMS «DoXLogic» with the portal administrations of the Volgograd region for automatic transfer to a system of the appeals posted on the portal and their further processing.
