Share transfer in management of KEMZ

In December, 2020 share transfer of JSC Kalugapribor in trust management of JSC KEMZ took place. Both enterprises are included into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec. Having become uniform industrial complex, the enterprises are aimed at substantial increase of joint work. On January 15, 2021 the Automatic equipment Concern reported about it.

For January, 2021 based on the enterprises "The uniform center of development of civil products" is created, it allowed to create and protect in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation three projects (Ekomonitoring, "An intelligent system of engine management of the main drive of the elevator", "The system of protection of power sources") with attraction of subsidies for total amount of 501 million rubles at once. In the nearest future the formation of the current and perspective consolidated product portfolio of the enterprises for the purpose of distribution of production (technology) cooperation will be completed.

"The uniform command center investment activities" on the basis of experience of JSC KEMZ in short terms develops the proving documents for reconstruction and modernization of JSC Kalugapribor with a total amount of financing of 1.5 billion rubles.

Within activity of "The uniform center of information technologies" the work on creation of the service of the normative reference information, general for two enterprises, is completed, the single corporate network forms, the single system of PLM prepares for implementation.

Optimization of work of production capacities will allow the enterprises to use better technologies, the equipment and personnel potential. Further expansion of cooperation communications and a product line, including civil appointment is in the long term planned, - the CEO of Avtomatika Concern Vladimir Kabanov said.

2014: Unify assigns the rights to production of office automatic telephone exchanges to the Kalugapribor plant

The German producer of telecommunication equipment Unify will assign the intellectual rights to products under a brand of Siemens to the Kalugapribor plant, affiliated with Rostec (according to Kommersant). The deal will be closed till May, 2015, after this device will begin to be issued under a new brand. The solution Unify is connected with a tendency to import substitution in the Russian Federation. Besides, Unify on new strategy will be transformed from the producer of telecommunication systems to the developer of software.

Automatic telephone exchanges under a brand of Siemens are issued at the Kalugapribor plant since 1999. Revenue of JSC Kalugapribor, according to the reporting for 2013, made 1.39 billion rubles, and net profit — 46 million rubles. The main owner of the plant — Avtomatika concern under control of Rostec. Rostec and its CEO Sergey Chemezov are in sanctions lists of the USA and the European Union, but at Unify of bans or restrictions for work with JSC Kalugapribor did not arise.

Assignment of rights on the equipment of Siemens to the Russian partner will facilitate process of its certification and will increase trust from state customers, interlocutors of Kommersant in IT market consider. In 2010 Alcatel-Lucent for the same reasons created joint venture with Rostec.
