Gazprom neftekhim Salavat (I-LDS Laboratory information management system (LIMS, LIMS))

Laboratory information management system (LIMS, LIMS) it was implemented at the enterprise within the large-scale project "End-to-end System of Operational Production Management".

LIMS (LIMS) is global solution of modern tasks of quality management, allowing specialists to be sure of results of quality control at all production phases. Laboratory information management system reduces load of personnel of laboratory when carrying out tests and measurements that allows to use resources of laboratory more effectively.

A system is intended for control automation, processing and information storage about work of laboratory:

- Automation of laboratory tests
Subsystem priorities, the allowing small costs of resources and time to make high-quality automation of laboratory tests, are:

• registration and identification of the samples coming to laboratory;
• automation of calculations of techniques of accomplishment of measurements;
• export given from a metering equipment about results of tests;
• processing of results of tests;
• issue of results of tests.

- Automation of intra laboratory activity
Main objective of a subsystem is automation of all workflows of laboratories.

For this purpose in a system the following functionality is implemented:

• intra laboratory control;
• personnel management;
• control of the equipment;
• management of reactants, materials and standard samples;
• accounting of the regulating documentation.
