A system is created for providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, FSB of Russia, FSO of Russia, Emercom of Russia, FCS of Russia and the Russian Defense Ministry. A system will help to resolve import substitution issues during creation of the systems of a professional mobile radio communication.

The complex includes the base stations providing a radio covering in a radius up to 50 km, digital mobile radio stations, a management system and schedulings. Communication of TETRA is applied to the guaranteed transfer of control instructions and receiving telemetry from objects. Using the equipment ONIIP the reliable operative communication of auxiliary services was provided during the XXIX World winter Universiade of 2019 in Krasnoyarsk.

In 2012 JSC ONIIP signed the agreement with Funkwerk company on development and production of explosion-proof portable digital mobile radio stations "Yantar-T IP" for the systems of the TETRA standard. Now the system of digital trunking of JSC ONIIP is created on the infrastructure equipment manufactured in Russia.

As a result of cooperation with foreign partners by production of base stations the German quality standards are implemented.

"The main competitive advantage of the base station is compliance to requirements of a system of technical means for conducting investigation and search operations that is reached by transfer of the source code of the software. For customers of this equipment it is extremely important circumstance", – Andrey Zverev, the CEO of JSC Ruselectronics noted.
