The factory prepares for start of the large project on automation of the central Moscow division. The company attracted a consulting command to the analysis of the current business processes and search of options in their upgrade 1C-Rarus. The standard scenario of preproject inspection was not of interest to factory, already having a good idea of the purposes of automation and methods of implementation, specialists of IT department needed highly skilled assessment of the outputs received independently, scheduling of implementation, required resources and project risks assessment.

Specialists 1C-Rarus within inspection successfully coped with assigned tasks: made independent opinion on requirements of the company, defined the main stages of the project, estimated risks and made recommendations about required resources. As the solution the innovation system "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" in combination with "1C: Document Flow" was selected. The plan of gradual system implementation was developed: at first to automate sales management and CRM, the goods delivery, then to pass to implementation of blocks on purchase management, production. In end – automation of financial flows and budgeting. A new system will be unrolled in 70 workplaces.
