Omsktransmash started operation of new DPC

On October 1, 2014 the Technoserv company announced completion of construction of DPC for JSC Omsktransmash.

Project Results

Within the project Technoserv performed a complex of works:

• design and upgrade of the premises,
• delivery,
• installation and setup actions,
• supply of equipment of engineering and computing infrastructure of DPC

The project is executed within eight months.

The DPC is expected works in mode 24х7х365. Base for computing infrastructure of DPC - the highly reliable server farm created on the basis of the equipment of IBM. For a storage system the scalable and simple solution of a corporate class EMC VNX5100 in use is selected.

The system of virtualization Hyper-v from Microsoft allows to optimize use of resources, to increase the speed and flexibility of reaction of a system, to increase availability of applications and also to lower equipment costs and the electric power.

Operability of the computing equipment support the systems:

• the guaranteed power supply of 1 category,
• uninterrupted power supply,
• conditioning and ventilation,
• automatic gas fire fighting,
• security alarm.

The systems of engineering support have reservation according to scheme N+1.
