Energotekhservice implements EDMS

On October 02, 2014 to Energotekhservice LLC was announced end of system implementation of electronic document management "by E1 Euphrates".

Making the decision on the choice of an electronic document management system, specialists of Energotekhservice LLC considered several software products. According to the results of a research, a choice was made for benefit of "E1 Euphrates" - it is characteristic a ready set of solutions for rapid implementation that along with sufficient functionality, was a decisive argument.

Project Results

"We cooperate with Cognitive Technologies company within three years and implementation "E1 Euphrates" in our company went through several stages, from EDMS Euphrates on NICKNAME DBMS to "E1 Euphrates" from industrial MS SQL DBMS. Such change was directly connected with growth of complexity of the problems of document flow and EDMS "E1 Euphrates" solved by us successfully coped with them", - Konstantin Shmelyov the associate director on IT of Energotekhservice LLC said. - "E1 Euphrates" successfully solves problems of maintenance of lifecycle of documents, performing activity and also maintaining contract activities; work on approval of primary accounting documentation (accounts on goods, services); work with requests for service (internal clients). Of course we are going to continue cooperation with Cognitive Technologies and to increase share "E1 Euphrates" in automation business of processes. The next plans – to implement exchange and accumulation of operational documentation on operation".
