"The factory of a meat gastronomy" implements WMS

On October 7, 2014 the IT smart systems company announced automation of Factory of a Meat Gastronomy meat processing plant of Ariant agroholding.

Project Tasks

"Factory of a meat gastronomy" – a complex of a closed loop of meat processing.

Set the task for IT smart systems company: create and implement an automated system of operational management by processes of a production and warehouse complex from production planning before shipment of products.

As a part of a system guidance loop:

• production planning,
• operational accounting and production control,
• automation of warehouses of finished and distributive goods,
• management of transport logistics in the territory of plant.

Feature of the created and implemented system - the technology of selection of products from the pipeline providing high intensity of processing of loads on a finished goods warehouse. By means of work of an automated system and the implemented technology, the factory can release and ship more than 150 tons of products a day.

Other feature − integration of a system with a broad spectrum of the modern equipment for automation of operational accounting and automatic identification:

• mobile terminals of data collection,
• stationary dashboards,
• electronic scales,
• printers,
• scanners of RFID tags and barcode.

Project Results

The latest equipment the bioptichesky MP 6000 scanner scales of Motorola company is supplied.
