The Investfinance Yug company selected the 1C:CRM PROF program for automation of department of work with corporate clients and department of client maintenance. 25 employees of the company work in the uniform CRM system including data on all contacts with the current and potential clients planned and the signed agreements. Existence of the comprehensive information about customer interaction simplifies preparation of offers on cooperation and allows to organize effective sales in the company. Managers began to spend for 40% of time one preparation smaller to a call that allowed to pay more attention to search of new clients and their service. At the same time the procedure of preparation and signing of all transaction documents became simpler.
Investfinance Yug provides financial services to legal entities in the territory of the Russian Federation more than 10 years. The company cooperates with winners and participants of public procurements and municipal tenders and auctions, offering all range of services of microfinance institution of the loan broker regarding bank guarantees, will organize preparation of applications for participation in biddings and also search of contractors for regular customers of the company.
Choosing a Solution
The technique of work existing earlier required considerably big labor costs as the selling division, and client managers. 25 jobs were created. The main works on automation concerned processes of the organization of sales, providing loans and control of timely return of the received means and interest payment, drawing of accounts, data exchange about transactions with "1C: Accounting".
Result
Use of "1C:CRM PROF" allowed to systematize work with clients of the company. Information on all potential and current customers and the history of cooperation with them is stored in a uniform CRM system. There is an opportunity to daily analyze data and quickly, in several clicks, to put to managers plans for contacts per day. Such scheme of work allowed to reduce by 40% the manager's time for preparation for a call to the customer that allowed to pay more attention to search of new clients and their service.
At any time heads of divisions have an opportunity to carry out detailed job analysis of each employee, results of contacts that allows them to manage quickly work of division and to trace that those services which need to be rendered first of all were rendered in time. Receiving high-quality service, clients become more loyal. As a result of sale in the company for half a year grew by 15%.
