Biography

Born May 19, 1967 in the city of Chelyabinsk.

Education

He has two higher educations: in 1992 he graduated from the Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute (now SUSU) with a degree in Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation, and also received his second higher education at South Ural State University (in 2003) with a degree in Management.

Career

1984-2011

He began his career in September 1984 as a worker in a repair and construction site. From 1985 to 1987 he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

After studying at the Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute, he was admitted to the Chelyabinsk heating networks of Chelyabenergo OJSC, where he went from a master to a director.

From 2007 to 2011, he worked in senior positions at Ural Heating Network Company OJSC and Fortum OJSC.

In 2011, he joined the civil service, held the posts of deputy director of the department - head of the department of housing and communal services of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, then head of the department of communal infrastructure of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services (Gosstroy).

2013-2015

Since May 2013 - Deputy Prime Minister of the Chelyabinsk Region.

As Deputy Prime Minister of the Chelyabinsk Region, he oversaw, among other things, the activities of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications. He was the person responsible for the informatization of the region.
