2024: Revenue growth 3.5 times to ₽23 billion

PJSC "Apri" increased revenue under IFRS for 2024 3.5 times to ₽22,96 billion. Net profit attributable to the company's shareholders increased by 25.9% to ₽1,9 billion. Financial results were published at the end of April 2025.

According to Interfax, the developer's EBITDA doubled and reached ₽7,21 billion compared to ₽3,6 billion in 2023. The main contribution to revenue growth was made by the sale of residential and non-residential real estate, which brought the company ₽21,286 billion, which is 3.8 times higher than in the previous 2023. Revenues from the sale of rights to implement construction projects amounted to ₽1,63 billion, an increase of 1.7 times.

Construction group "Apri" increased annual revenue by 3.5 times

The company's outstripping revenue growth is associated with an increase in the construction readiness of the group's projects and an increase in the average cost per square meter of residential and non-residential premises. In 2024, the group commissioned 202 thousand square meters of real estate.

The cost of Apri in 2024 amounted to ₽14,451 billion, an increase of 3.9 times compared to 2023. Gross profit grew 2.9 times to ₽8,504 billion. The result of operating activities at the end of the year was ₽5,686 billion, which is 1.9 times more than in 2023.

Net financial expenses amounted to ₽1,845 billion, an increase of 2.1 times. Profit before tax increased 1.9 times to ₽3,841 billion, and total total income increased almost 1.5 times to ₽2,639 billion.

The development group continues to actively expand into new markets, adhering to a diversification strategy. The company is developing several large regional projects: in the Leningrad region, a recreational project in Zheleznovodsk and a large-scale construction project in Yekaterinburg with a total area of ​ ​ 974.5 thousand square meters. m.

The group's equity over the past year increased by 66%. The net debt to EBITDA ratio was 3.3 and the net debt to equity ratio was 2.9.[1]

Appointment of Sergei Shal'as CEO

On October 11, 2024, the former vice-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Sergey Shal 'became the new general director of the Apri construction group. Prior to this appointment, he worked for the company as a managing director. Read more here

Exit to the Moscow Exchange

At the end of July 2024, the Ural developer Apri successfully placed its shares on the Moscow Exchange, completing the initial public offering (IPO) procedure. As part of the listing, the construction group raised ₽879,56 million, selling 90,675,890 shares at the upper end of the price range - ₽9,7 per share.

The market capitalization of APRI after the placement reached ₽10,82 billion, and the share of shares in free float (free-float) amounted to 8.13%. Dmitry Alexandrov, Managing Director of the Oriole Capital investment company, noted that the applications of private investors were fully satisfied. The company's securities are included in the "third level" section of the list of securities admitted to trading.

The Apri construction company, founded in 2014, is the largest developer in the Chelyabinsk region. At the time of placement, the company was ranked 53rd in the ranking of the largest developers in Russia in terms of housing commissioning. Apri's activities cover the Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions, the Southern Federal District and Russky Island in Vladivostok.

The developer's project portfolio includes 11 objects of various sizes. By July 2024, the company built 700 thousand square meters. m of housing, another 378 thousand square meters. m were in the process of construction. In the first half of 2024, Apri commissioned 50.8 thousand square meters. m of housing, which includes seven apartment buildings in two residential complexes of the Chelyabinsk region.

On July 3, 2024, the developer approved a dividend policy, according to which it plans to pay shareholders up to 50% of net profit under IFRS. The funds raised during the IPO will be used to further develop the company.

The placement of Apri shares was the eleventh IPO on the Russian stock market since the beginning of 2024.[2]
