Start of Innovations

Since 2004 START conducts project activities for implementation of the centralized solutions of the class Operation Support Systems (OSS) for development and operation of networks of the Russian operators and also renders expert consulting on deployment of new network technologies.

The START is a domestic developer of umbrella end-to-end of a system - iOSS. The software package iOSS is used by the Russian telecom operators for solving of tasks of operational monitoring and a trablshuting of network, control of settings of the equipment and the analysis of utilization. The solution iOSS allows to automate business processes of operators and to increase the capacity of the existing network.

Among customers of START there are Russian telecom operators including which are a part of "the big three" on the account - tens of successfully completed projects of different scale - from regional, to federal importance, on technologies GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE, TX/IP, CORE and VAS.
