Yury Nekrasov: EOS Group "marches in step" with key trends of an EDMS/ECM

Yury Nekrasov: The main activity is an automation of office-work and electronic document management. We are a certified partner of developer company "Electronic Office Systems (EOS)" and we specialize in implementation of software products of this company.

Also Unicsoft is the Center of registration of certificates of the electronic digital signature (EDS) of "National certification center" in the Mytishchi, Pushkin, Sergiyevo-Posadsky district of the Moscow region and renders services in accreditation of the enterprises on electronic marketplaces and to maintenance of electronic biddings.

TAdviser: Why you selected solutions of EOS Group as some of key in the product line? How could practicians, implementers – what advantages of this platorfma against the background of other ECM systems available in the Russian market, you note?

Yury Nekrasov: The Unicsoft company works at the IT market since January, 2008. Already for that period EOS proved as the reliable supplier and the developer of one of the most popular and demanded electronic document management systems both in the state organizations, and on commercial enterprises, - the Case (EOS Group) systems.

Wide circulation of the Case (EOS Group) system was a key indicator for us when choosing the supplier of the solution as demand, as we know, is caused not only consumer capability of the population, how many existence of more advantageous and attractive price offer, quality and useful characteristics of goods, a usability of the interface, simplicity of implementation and administration, well and the main thing - capability to cover all range of tasks in the area. Certainly, other worthy solutions, whose names also are presented at the market also very famous for each of us, however, set of advantages of the Case (EOS Group) system and work with developer company of EOS Group defined our activity for the next 10-15 years.

In addition to the Case (EOS Group) system we implement also other products of EOS Group company. Over time trends in the IT market changed the direction towards portal solutions. EOS kept up to date, having put on the market the following solution on one of the most popular ECM- platforms Microsoft SharePoint – EOS for SharePoint. It would be desirable to note that the idea put in development of this solution and which is that EOS for SharePoint is the superstructure implemented completely on SharePoint technology without use external by EDMS, saving and expanding basic functionality of the platform - correct. EOS for SharePoint is the same designer allowing to configure at the level of the interface of any complexity business processes, the interface, representation without programming elements. Thereby it is simple and convenient to implement, update, develop, administer a system, and forces of regular IT specialists of the customer.

It is possible to speak about advantages of the platform selected for the solution long. Certainly, degree of the involvement and promoting not so much even platforms how many its developer – Microsoft company, - in our everyday life is key. The intuitive and usual interface of the solution for the user who is daily working with office programs of Microsoft allows to involve quicker and more simply in work with the EDMS constructed based on the platform of this supplier.

TAdviser: Who your main customers in the EDMS direction? What companies of the industries?

Yury Nekrasov: Main customers on the Case (EOS Group) system are government institutions, generally city and settlement administrations. Actively educational institutions and business companies participate in automation of the document flow (trade, transport, banks), selecting the EOS for SharePoint system.

TAdviser: What in your opinion do modern users want from an ECM system? What tools are most demanded now?

Yury Nekrasov: Modern users of EDMS as well as users of the last decades want satisfaction of their requirements, the solution of their problems. Difference only that with development of IT of infrastructure and emergence in the market of different IT of tools (ERP CRM BI accounting, personnel, managerial and other business applications), relevant tasks for all became now:

• creation of a common information space with uniform exact access to all systems, by the principle of "single window"
• integration of all systems, it is desirable with flexible two-sided universal gateways.

Well, and mobility of the solution, certainly.

TAdviser: Tell, please, about 1-2 most interesting projects implemented for the last year?

Yury Nekrasov: Some of the most interesting projects implemented for the last year by right can call the project with MGPU. The project of creation of corporate EDMS in MGPU started in December of last year. Then pilot system implementation is begun: 30 jobs of EOS for SharePoint were set to members of administration (and to some heads of structural divisions) and also to employees of the general department. In the summer of the current year MGPU purchased additional jobs – 115 static licenses (from them 100 heads of structural divisions) and 35 competitive licenses received (for use by employees of the university who will work in an electronic document management system incidentally). Now the general department in an electronic document management system performs registration of the entering and outgoing documents, the general orders and orders, orders on accounting of the movement of the contingent of students; execution of tasks of documents and instructions (consideration and execution); information search in the main objects of a system – to documents, instructions, workers and the organizations; report generation on document flow. On the next stage to EDMS it is going to connect all employees of the university participating in document flow creation process.

TAdviser: How do you estimate the perspectives of cooperation with EOS Group? As far as do you accept partner conditions of the company? Whether partner events, training of specialists of partners are held by vendor?

Yury Nekrasov: We expect long-term cooperation with EOS Group and both the directions in general, and relationship with the developer are sure of successful development. Conditions of the affiliate program are very loyal and directed to increase in efficiency of joint work, expressed in regular carrying out obucheniye of our employees and the subsequent certification, invitations to participation in conferences and seminars (exit and online), in assistance regarding marketing promotion of the company, service and projects, etc.

TAdviser: Tell, please, that personally you expect from the Russian market of EDMS for the next 1-2 years what trends will predominate?

Yury Nekrasov: Already now it is possible to select promptly developing movement towards cloud solutions. Even more often we receive requests and wishes of Customers for rendering services in providing access to EDMS, or transfer of software products on external third-party servers. Purchase, store, contain and administer powerful and expensive servers it becomes troublesome.

One more trend – selection of solutions under the industry directions where there are the specifics of work with documents: construction, project, publishing, advertizing and so forth. And also automation of problems of general purpose, such as budgeting, management of business trips, purchasing activity, logistics, etc.
