On October 13, 2014 the LETA company announced project completion of reduction of a system of personal data protection of Fujifilm company in compliance with requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Project Tasks
The management of Fujifilm set the task - to bring processes and processing systems of personal data (PDN) into compliance to the current legislation of the Russian Federation for the Russian representative office. For carrying out audit of fulfillment of requirements of the law and development of necessary documents FUJIFILM-RHO Ltd addressed specialists from LETA company.
Project Progress
On initial stage of work specialists of LETA conducted examination of information systems of the customer and collected all necessary information on processing of personal data on the objects entering the area of project works. Then experts analyzed collected information and prepared reporting documents. At the final stage experts developed the packet of organizational and administrative documentation conforming to all requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Project Results
Completing the LETA project provided to the Russian representative office of Fujifilm a complete set of documentation as a part of which:
- the recommended list of actions for personal data protection,
- models of security risks of PDN,
- policy in the field of processing and security of PDN,
- regulations of interaction with subjects of PDN,
- instruction on PDN processing rules
- other necessary documents.
