Choosing a Solution

Delta Kay Group works at the market of payments since 2005 and specializes in processing services and financial services, including the organization of payment acceptance in the mode of instant payment in ATMs and self-service terminals, providing financial services to users of electronic money, receiving and delivery of money transfers without opening of the bank account. Today the message accounting and tax accounting with the company is helped by the 1C: Accounting 8 software product implemented by specialists 1C-Rarus.

Project Progress

The program helped to make the solution of daily accounting tasks more comfortable and less labor-consuming. Employees of one of the most important divisions of the company plan the loading using the special Calendar which is built in a system. He helps to plan work on preparation of the reporting and payment of taxes, demonstrates delivery terms, allows to control payments and reminds of the important coming events.

Formation of the regulated reporting and operations on closing of one or two months the most labor-intensive and difficult tasks of accounting service – became simpler thanks to automatic execution of procedures and check of correctness of calculations. The references calculations received upon termination of process show methods of calculations from initial data before the created postings.

Result

The created system helped to increase transparency of financial statements and efficiency of formation of data. Economic decisions are made by the management of Delta Kay Group on the basis of objective and relevant indicators of business activities of the company.
