Work Service

The Work Service company is founded in Poland in 1999. Provides full range of services among which outsourcing of personnel, outstaffing and merchandising. Has representations in Romania, Great Britain, Germany, Slovakia, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine. In Russia works since 2004, having 50 regional representative offices through the whole country. The Work Service company annually closes about 150 thousand vacancies.

History

2014: PineBridge invested 26 million euros in strategic development of Work Service S.A

The PineBridge Investments company became the investor in Work Service business development. The program is directed to strengthening of positions in the markets of Poland and also in Central and Eastern Europe. PineBridge Investments signed the contract on January 20, 2013. According to it, it became the owner about 20% of stocks of Work Service company. The last, in turn, received 26 million euros for business development. The cofounder of Work Service Tomasz Hancharek stated that the conclusion of the transaction with PineBridge Investments is a new stage in intensive development of Work Service online-technologies which increases the presence at Internet space. The managing director of PineBridge Investors in Central Europe of Roshen Hadzhiyev noted that rapid growth of Work Service will be provided with long mutually beneficial cooperation with profit earning of a share portfolio.
