NICE Real-Time Voice Authentication System is the system of identification of clients on the basis of a voice sample.
The system of voice recognition at the client's call to call center can identify his personality in 7-10 seconds, saving it from need to answer additional questions, and the call center operator from dead times.
During creation of "a voice mold" more than 100 factors are considered: frequency shift keying, voice timbre, rhythm. It allow to create a voice mold and to recognize afterwards it the carrier regardless of communication language.
