Choosing a Solution

"Catering establishment" is engaged in production and sale of gastronomic products. The enterprise works with the help of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system. Over time system operation performance considerably decreased. For the solution of a task the company management addressed specialists of the Novosibirsk branch '1C-Rarus'.

Project Progress

During express audit of a system the deadlocks arising in the database were revealed. Specialists detected the bottlenecks leading to an irresolvable conflict of blocking and decline in production and fault tolerance of a system. The database was completely transferred to the mode of the managed blocking, both regarding standard functionality, and regarding the executed completions.

Result

After elimination of the stated problems specialists tested system operation. Having convinced of correctness of a program runtime, they consulted the staff of Kitchen Factory on the used tools and techniques of identification and elimination of the reasons of deadlocks.
