2016

In March, 2016 the Onlanta company reported that it within the project about VTB Insurance provides:

  • installation, setup, updating and consultation on work of software;
  • diagnostics of faults and elimination of incidents in work program and the hardware;
  • connection and setup of peripheral equipment;
  • diagnostics and treatment of the workstations infected with viruses;
  • installation of computers of users when moving jobs;
  • diagnostics and replacement of the faulty equipment and also supplies in printing devices.

2014

On October 27, 2014 it became known of development of the project of support of outlets of VTB Insurance company in the mode of outsourcing by Onlanta company.

2013: Expansion on all regions

In 2013, after successful implementation of this stage, the customer makes the decision on expansion of services on all regions of presence VTB Insurance. By May, 2014 the number of outlets of insurance company which are serviced by Onlanta increased up to 292 (the number of users more than 800 people).

Within the project Onlanta provides:

  • installation, setup, updating and consultation on work of software;
  • diagnostics of faults and elimination of incidents in work program and the hardware;
  • connection and setup of peripheral equipment;
  • diagnostics and treatment of the workstations infected with viruses;
  • installation of computers of users when moving jobs;
  • diagnostics and replacement of the faulty equipment, supplies in printing devices.

Svetlana Agapova, director of the department of insurance and information technologies of VTB Insurance company, otmeil: "Development of network of regional sales points VTB Insurance is impossible without effective management of processes of IT support of jobs of users in regions. Key requirements here – standardization of services of support and the centralized management by IT specialists. The solution implemented by Onlanta company showed high efficiency, and work experience of the company in regions allowed us to pass quickly from successfully implemented pilot project to the full-scale solution of a task of the centralized technical support in regions".
Sergey Taran, the CEO of Onlanta company, emphasized: "The approach to the organization of user support in regions implemented by our company showed high efficiency including on support figures of merit. We worked the scheme almost ideally. The appreciation of our competence from outside VTB Insurance validates the selected approach".

2012: The pilot in Moscow area

In October, 2012 the Onlanta company started rendering services in support of branches, sales points, regional offices of sales of VTB Insurance company. Within one and a half years, as of April, 2014, Onlanta and VTB Insurance expanded geography of services to 57 regions.

In October, 2012 the customer selected 12 sales points in Moscow area where processes of interaction of Onlanta and department of information technologies VTB Insurance and regulations of rendering services of user support were fulfilled. Based on the pilot project which lasted six months, the guide of the customer decided to expand quantity of the serviced sales points to 168.
