On October 29, 2014 the Onlanta company announced the conclusion of the government contract with Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) on support of 2.8 thousand users and all IT infrastructure of the customer of 83 Territorial Departments in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation during 2014 - 2015.
Project Tasks
One of the directions of the state program "Management of federal property" - increase in level of automation of operations on accounting of federal property and performance monitoring of its use. Within this direction Rosimushchestvo set the task for itself: as much as possible to reduce percent of routine handwork due to application of modern information technologies, first of all - in the Territorial Departments.
For this purpose in August, 2013 Rosimushchestvo announced competition on rendering services of the Uniform support service in maintenance of the equipment and to support of the software in Territorial Departments of Rosimushchestvo in 2014-2015.
Tender is complete on September 16, 2013. The winner - Onlanta company.
Project Progress
According to the contract the company started rendering technical support services on hardware maintenance and support of the software in Territorial Departments of Rosimushchestvo, including to service of a corporate system of information exchange, including server and network equipment, the system software of servers, network applications and systems, storage systems, the automated jobs, the multiple copying equipment. Also the company provides support more than 2.8 thousand users of information systems of Rosimushchestvo in 83 Territorial Departments in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.
Project Results
Alexey Chubar, the deputy manager of Rosimushchestvo, noted: "The purpose of this public contract – to make work of territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo of even more effective for the realization account of actions for increase in the quality level of technical support of IT infrastructure and users. It is also important to provide transparency and accountability of all cycle of rendering IT services. Last year of cooperation with Onlanta company within this government contract showed efficiency and correctness of the selected way of implementation of IT strategy of Rosimushchestvo".

What is made by ONLANTA company:
- conducting initial check of manual operating systems;
- carrying out inspection and marking of the serviced equipment and the software;
- formation and approval of the customer of regulations service and maintenance of PTS of Rosimushchestvo;
- organization of monitoring of PTS of Rosimushchestvo;
- integration of a recording system of requests;
- maintenance of the automated jobs (AJ);
- maintenance of the server hardware;
- maintenance of information security tools;
- system service of information computer networks and computer systems;
- maintenance of network applications and systems;
- consultation of users;
- monthly scheduled and scheduled maintenance in systems;
- setup of the new equipment and the repair recovered later;
- maintenance of the multiple copying equipment;
- recovery and repair of the equipment for maintenance of integrity of a system;
- accounting of the equipment and software.
Systems concerning which ESP renders maintenance:
- corporate system of information exchange of the specification of Rosimushchestvo;
- local computer network;
- systems of centralized operation by workstations;
- system software of servers;
- Automated workplace of users and information and technology resources;
- information security tools;
- multiple copying equipment;
- systems of a video conferencing;
- structured cabling system;
- storage systems;
- IP telephony systems;
- end-to-end system of confidential information protection and personal data specifications of Rosimushchestvo;
- departmental system of a video conferencing of Rosimushchestvo.
Project Results
The uniform support service of the equipment and maintenance of information support in Territorial Departments of Rosimushchestvo was created. It allowed to reduce costs for technical support of information systems of managements, to make them more transparent and to increase the accuracy of planning of the IT budget. Process of accomplishment of tasks of central office by Territorial Departments became controlled and predictable on terms. A downtime of employees was significantly reduced because of hardware failures and the software.
Project Development
On June 20, 2016 the Onlanta company announced a victory in the tender for rendering services of media control of printing of territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo.
Within the contract Onlanta will provide to the state customer the park of the multiple copying equipment (MCE), supplies and obespechiit uninterrupted printing in all Territorial Departments of Rosimushchestvo. Existence of substitution fund, accomplishment of requests for repair and directory service of users is provided.
All works are performed through the Uniform support service provided with specialists of Onlanta in maintenance of the equipment and support of the software in Territorial Departments of Rosimushchestvo.
The monitoring system and supports of operability of KMT controls a resource of supplies (cartridges, rollers, etc.), a status of printers and MFP (including standard malfunctions). It allows specialists of Onlanta company to work proactively, without waiting for requests from users.
The monitoring system provides collecting of statistics about printing in each Territorial Department, gives the chance to manage loading of printers and to implement uniform politicians of printing for economy of cartridges.
For government institutions transfer of processes of management of the environment of printing on outsourcing, in addition to direct economy of costs, allows to pass to uniform standards, uniform quality control and centralized operation with IT services in all regions. Department receives additional economy for the account of an exception of need to sign separate purchase agreements of supplies and the printing equipment and also technical support of KMT in each of regions. |
