On October 30, 2014 the CTI company announced deployment of large call center in the Omsk branch of JSC "Rostelecom".

Project Tasks

According to plans of the operator, the uniform contact center of Rostelecom company will serve for consolidation of clients from eleven regions of Siberian Federal District and will give the chance to residents of Siberia to manage the received services remotely.

The CTI company is involved in project implementation.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor studied specifications, specifics and geographical distribution (the core of contact center is placed in Barnaul) and selected the equipment of Cisco Systems company from quality of hardware and software solution.

Project Results

As a result of project and implementation works will unroll contact center. Comfortable functioning of call center operators will be ensured by modern headsets of Plantronics.

During the project in contact center automatic distribution systems of calls (including not voice), a recording system and quality control of ZOOM and a management system for labor resources of Teleopti are implemented.

Important feature in project implementation - integration with the operating customer relationship management system (CRM) allowing to react quickly to requests, to control the history of addresses, providing thus the high level of service and increasing loyalty of subscribers. Clients of the company can quickly get advice on services, information on a status of the personal account, special offers and tariff plans by means of which it is possible to optimize costs for communication services.
