Belenky Valery Grigoryevich is the acting as the rector of SIBGUTI.

Biography

Valery was born on June 18, 1963.

In 1985 graduated from the Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute (NETI) majoring in of "radio technician".

In 1995 finished a postgraduate study, protected degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Since 2004 Belenky worked as the head of department of cellular communication of department of new technologies, a cellular and radio communication, the head of development department of mobile business of general directorate of the company, the commercial director of the Kemerovo branch of the company in JSC Sibirtelecom.

In 2009 it is appointed the commercial director of JSC Sibirtelecom.

For October 30, 2014 Valery Grigoryevich Belenky works as the associate director, the commercial director of macroregional branch "Siberia" of JSC Rostelecom.

In December, 2014 received a position of the acting as the rector of SIBGUTI.

For December 9, 2015 Valery Grigoryevich Belenky works as the acting as the rector of SIBGUTI.
