Specialists of Data Center Softservice company automated[1] of ChChZ "Lightning" on the basis of the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".

In only five months a system was unrolled in 30 workplaces in financial service, department of development, on production and in other divisions of the company.

In a project deliverable the poperedelny cost accounting on production is organized. There was an opportunity to calculate actual cost of products at each stage of technology process. These data are important, first of all, for interaction with the key customer — the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. Now the plant provides to the customer all necessary information in the automatic mode in the form approved by the Ministry of Defence. It facilitates and accelerates formation of the state order and does joint work by the most comfortable, effective and operational.

In a system the mechanism of accounting of raw materials supplied by the customer is implemented by production of semi-finished products and finished goods. The management had an opportunity not only to control the volume of products transferred to processing and terms of execution of works, but also to analyze financial expediency of such cooperation: now at any moment it is possible to estimate cost value of accomplishment of these or those transactions "by own efforts", to compare it to the prices which offer third parties and to select the most profitable option.

Quality control of the arriving raw materials, component parts and semi-finished products is strengthened. There was an opportunity in the shortest possible time to reveal not standard and defects and to prevent their holiday in production. The enterprise could exclude from a production chain of unfair suppliers and contractors. Considerably the defect level of semi-finished products decreased. The quality of finished goods increased. Besides, accurate accounting of own defects arising by production of products is organized. Further this information will be used for development and the statement of normative percent of the defects admissible by production.

The quality of financial planning is improved. Approval of requests for a funds expenditure is executed in electronic form now. Responsibles can control cash flow in real time. Operational management of cash gaps allowed to lower the debt of the enterprise to suppliers and also to employees and fiscal bodies. Now the salary at the enterprise is paid strictly two times a month in full.

All these conversions help the plant timely and to precisely execute orders of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and also to control profitability of production.

Results of the project were commented by Maxim Efremov, the deputy CEO for development of JSC Molniya Watch Factory: "A system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management' became for us a source of important management information. Till the recent moment the plant was guided by production regulations of the 70th years. Today, using the acquired information, we could develop the strategic decisions directed to optimization of technology transactions. We are going to review all standards and to reorganize production work. It will allow us to raise the level of technological effectiveness of production, to raise the salary to qualified employees and to ensure smooth operation of the company.
