On November 6, 2014 the Amdocs company reports[1] that JSC VimpelCom (a brand Beeline) selects the solution of Amdocs Customer Management for improvement of communication functions and increase in revenues of the call centers, increases in level of customer satisfaction and increase in a profit share.

Goals and Objectives

The solution Amdocs unifies numerous applications, will provide representatives of operator with stream data exchange and also the guide to the set scenarios for the purpose of reduction of average time of processing of a call.

Result

Amdocs providing development, service and support within five years will integrate 26 applications of third-party firms in one application of management of relationship with the client, having provided to agents a complete information picture about the client on different lines of business. The solution which is a part of a portfolio of Amdocs CES supplies call center agents with a context-dependent information stream with the guide of actions to the set scenarios that increases quantity of the solved subscriber's tasks after the first call and reduces the average time of service. Besides, the solution offers scenario plans of sales presentation for increase in income due to sales of new services and service packages.
